Currently, each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction making it less harmful to the environment, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

We provide both Imperial and Metric measurements.

If the wrong size is received to what you ordered we will provide you a returns label and replace the product with the correct size.

Please ensure you take photos of the tags, shipping package, and anything else that may assist us in processing the return.

Currently, the shipping rates are high due to international shipping fees on the increase. We are working to expanding our fulfillment centres in order to reduce shipping fees across the globe.
